About S-Mart Chennai

Sakthi and Anand’s family have been living in Besant Nagar since 1978(50 years). They chose different paths for some time, Anand explored the IT industry in Dubai and Sakthi  started his business for about 20 years in Chennai.

One fine morning two months back, during a brisk walk, they had a very casual talk about the cost of living in chennai and how much the monthly grocery bill has increased to and they realized that the cost is dependant on so many operating expenses to run a grocery store.

You all are aware of these costs: commercial rent, shelves, office equipment, petrol, wages, taxes etc. Though we pay full MRP for the services, we are often deprived of the standard and quality that we duly deserve.

We worked on a plan to eliminate or reduce the cost as much as possible and pass the savings to you/us and also to elimnate other shortcomings that exist in the traditional model, we’ve created S-Mart, a Marketplace to connect consumers and providers in a transparent online environment.

Budgeting does not make you spend less, but allows you to spend smart. “A good budget lets you focus your money on the things that are most important to you,”

Start earlier. It’s never too early nor too late.

We will not only treat you with due respect but also save you money, every month! Its easy, fast and reliable to place an order on our secure site or via phone.
