- Our delivery starts as early as 6:00 AM in the morning till 8:00 PM in the evening
- Orders placed will be delivered within 24 hrs.
- Customers will get a notification SMS regarding the delivery on their registered mobile number.
- Our representative will call & confirm the availability of the customer before they start to customer’s place.
- If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.
- We will not be liable if we fail to perform the Services because of abnormal or unforeseeable circumstances outside our reasonable control, which may include, for example, act of God, strikes, industrial action, problems with another system or network, mechanical breakdown, equipment failure, data processing failures, government or government agency policy or other Force Majeure events. We shall endeavor to give you notice of any anticipated delays by notice at our locations. In no circumstances we shall indemnify any losses or damages which arise to you as a result of the above situations.
Product Defects / Returns policy – Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. Goods sold will not be taken back unless the product is damaged, expired, or faulty during delivery time. If any of the goods prove to be defect, please return the same at the time of delivery. The item needs to be in its original unused condition and packaging, with any labels intact, we will issue a credit note/full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Cancellation of Order – You can cancel your order at any time before we process and send the email conformation to you. Cancellation after sending the email is not acceptable but can be agreed if you can provide an acceptable reason within 3 hours after placing the order and only if the representative of S-Mart agree.
